........Sacred Geometry defines the nature of space and time. It is a blueprint of Creation. It contains within it principles which can enliven and invigorate architecture and the design process, connecting directly with a universal creative origin. Throughout nature, archetypal patterns and ratios occur from our galaxy down to sub-atomic particles. When we understand and design with these same patterns and ratios, the results may be breathtaking in their beauty. Albert Einstein said “The golden proportion is a scale of proportions which makes the bad difficult (to produce) and the good easy (to achieve).”Sacred Geometry is  a language which may open and centre the mind. Spaces created with this language are inherently stable, energised and energising, bringing about a feeling of coherence and connection to source and to nature, thereby being deeply ecological.  Sacred Geometry imbues a building or place with an intangible and special quality; one need not even know it has been used to feel this quality.  Some of the most renowned modern and ancient architects used these principles to ingratiate their buildings with a quality that sets them apart in history.......................................................................................................                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Application of workshop content:

Sacred geometry can be applied to the early stages of design process or right through to finishing details; it may be used in site analysis and planning, form and massing, floor plans, elevations through to windows, doors and openings and even joinery.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Topics covered will include:
